Marina Pilston, RN

Aside from being ultra-attentive and super friendly, Marina Pilston went above and beyond helping me on my last day in several areas. First, Marina got me a flu vaccine and administered the shot. She then got urology to remove my catheter early in the morning. She also helped me connect with Social Services to submit the release of information form to my PCP correctly. Most importantly, she helped me with my dehydration to get a good read on my bladder and secure my release. The VA would be well advised to find and hire more nurses of Marina’s caliber.
