He is consistent on his behavior of demonstrating he cares by showing patience and by using his listening skills.
Mario always shows true compassion and it is evident that he is proud of his career and gives his all towards his job.
When I come in, I am open to explain my condition freely because I trust Mario and his expertise. When he works on me, he shows concern and I appreciate that.
Mario is open and demonstrates that he cares about my comfort; I have always had positive contact with him.
In addition to being a great individual and professional, I appreciate Mario even more because he served over 21 years as an Army Corpsman!
