Mario showed compassionate care to my mother when I had overheard others talking in the hallway about how some patients are more difficult than others. He came right in to my mother's room and took her hand and really listened to her. Mario later showed me continued commitment to Excellence by catching me in the hallway to talk about my mother's concerns. Later, the next day, Mario was sure to give me an update. He was very conscientious in looking after my mother and I really appreciate what he did.
