As a first time mother, I came nervous, anxious, and excited. I can honestly say I left the hospital feeling so wonderful because of my experience and stay. Marion is an incredible nurse full of knowledge, compassion and the willingness and desire to go over and beyond. I was getting frustrated due to some obstacles. Marion, on her own, contacted the lactation nurses twice and would sit with me to keep me positive and coach me. She offered solutions and I am now leaving confident. Marion is truly an exceptional nurse and person. Hackensack University Medical Center is an amazing hospital because it has someone like her on staff. Marion truly deserves recognition.
