My family really appreciated Marion Griffin's help in the first few weeks of my grandma's hospitalization. My family mostly doesn't speak English, so they did not always understand the doctors. But Marion made sure mom and dad understood even though she doesn't speak Mandarin either. When the decisions were taking place, she helped them feel comfortable that my grandma was being taken care of. She helped our family feel supported. She took care of all my grandma's concerns seriously and was sweet to her. Marion went above and beyond, and we wish her the best.
