I had many questions regarding my mom's fractured hip. When I approached Marisa, she gave me quality time, addressed my concerns and was very informative. This was comforting to me. My main concern was to get my mom's pain to a tolerable level. Marisa told me how she would address this and followed through. This young girl quickly earned my respect. She informed and validated me. As the night progressed she did exactly what she said she would do which is nothing less than showing herself to be a person of honor.
