She provides care for patients and their relatives with willingness, and attentiveness, and always with the patient in mind. From random interviews with patients, it was found that the patients were satisfied and pleased to receive services in Marisa’s care. She is self-sacrificing, kind, and generous, and has a good relationship with service recipients, and her colleagues. Importantly she usually volunteers in many department jobs. During the COVID-19 situation, although she was one of the infected and was admitted she continues to do her profession in caring for patients. By helping professional colleagues to perform their duties, she was appreciated by professional associates and patients.
