My son had an emergency situation causing him to be admitted. He and the rest of our family were scared. Marisa took the time to comfort us, explain things in detail, answer questions, check double, and triple check everything! She was extremely attentive to our every need, made us feel more at ease. Marisa was trustworthy, dependable and to top it off she made us smile. All while having a constant smile on her face, remaining kind and never once appearing burdened. We are grateful for Marisa and we are truly blessed by her.
