As a patient my IV was dripping and leaking. The floor nurse had to get the lead director to find another vein because I have small and rolling veins. The floor director failed too. A third nurse came in and she too could not stick a vein to restart my IV. Finally, Marisol came in, analyzed the problem and in 10 minutes restarted my IV. This was amazing because I was about to determine no one could do this. Marisol was experienced, compassionate, knowledgeable and effective in her medical care.

Marisol came in to restart my son's IV on 5th floor because after three other nurses no one could locate or stick his vein. She was able to restart his IV in less than 10 minutes. Kudos goes out to such a valuable staff person. Thank God for experienced personnel! Her demonstration of knowledge was very impressive and made a world of difference for my son.
