During my same-day surgery visit, Marisol made a meaningful difference through her kindness, attentiveness, and thoroughness. She took the time to clearly explain my discharge instructions, ensuring I understood what to expect and how to care for myself once I was home, rather than rushing through the process.
She also offered practical at-home care recommendations that helped me feel more confident about my recovery. What stood out most was her thoughtfulness in personally escorting me by wheelchair all the way to the main entrance so I would not have to wait or navigate the process on my own.
Her calm, courteous, and compassionate approach made me feel genuinely cared for and supported during a vulnerable moment, and it positively shaped my overall experience.
