Miss Marisol Salichs is new to CCU and had been assigned with critical patients and she had proved herself. She was able to perform her nursing responsibilities very well. She looked up flu information for procedures. She shows good collaboration with nursing staff and other critical care staff (doctors, social workers, and others). She also has good personality, very helpful and shows initiative and eagerness. She's always available if needed for translation.
