I was hospitalized and waiting for a heart cath. Marissa was assigned to me for the Saturday night shift. Although when I have been to Mercy, I have always received excellent care, as well as the rest of my family, this time was different.
Marissa just seemed extra special. She is professional, knowledgeable and just all around completely dedicated to responding to any and all concerns I had. Any questions that I had, I received knowledgeable answers. Her kindness was just outstanding. She was helpful in every way. My family also noted her professional assistance and agreed that she 'was the best.'
