My dad is 88 years old and was in need of a TAVR. Post TAVR he went to the Cardiovasc ICU. Marissa Lee was his nurse for 2 days. She took the time (a lot of time) to explain the various lines to my dad, my mom (also 88), and me. She was gentle and extremely caring. She made it a point to call me to give me an update (with dad's authorization of course). It was the best part of his otherwise rocky 8+day stay. Her excellent care is more than appreciated.
