Marissa Moser, RN, BSN

I had the privilege of having Marissa as my nurse for three of the nine days I was in the hospital. Throughout my stay, she consistently went above and beyond to care for me. During my hospitalization, my wife became seriously ill, and I had to call an ambulance for her. She was admitted to the ICU, and I shared this with Marissa. She immediately took it upon herself to make sure I received updates on my wife's condition and did everything she could to help me stay connected.

Marissa also played a role in helping my wife transition from the ICU to the fifth floor. She arranged for me to visit my wife twice and made every effort to ensure I could speak with her while she was in the ICU and see her again after she was transferred. Her compassion and understanding during such a difficult time meant more to me than words can express. My wife was discharged a month ago, and I am being discharged today.

Even though I was no longer assigned to her that day, Marissa stopped by that morning to check on me before I went home. That simple gesture spoke volumes about the kind of nurse she is. Marissa, along with the entire team of nurses and CNAs, provided exceptional care to both my wife and me. Their kindness, dedication, and compassion made an incredibly difficult experience much easier, and we are truly grateful. Thank you
