All of the staff have been amazing, especially the staff nurses on the day shift. Marisse answered all my questions, which are too many, with a smile and professionalism. She could see that I was hungry and not eating the hospital food. So I ordered from Jahez and Hungerstation and she volunteered to help me in collecting it downstairs. She helped explain all the technical things easily and put my mind at ease before the surgery. It is always hard when you are away from home, in a country where you don’t speak the language, but Marisse made it much easier.
