I definitely want to recognize and acknowledge, commend and simply thank my pre-op nurse, Maritza. What an exceptionally kind, caring, and compassionate human being. It was obviously a very busy morning, but when making contact, I seemed to be the only patient present or who mattered. She gave me her complete focus and total attention, reassuring me I would do well, and that she and others would always be available if I needed anything. I’m having a follow-up procedure next month and if there was such a thing, I would absolutely book my reservation for Maritza now. She is a true gem and an extraordinary asset to the organization.
