This nurse was quite literally a godsend while I was in my early days of suffering with Covid. Her incredible calm and patient nature eased my worries when I was really frightened. She was so genuinely kind and caring and made me feel like I was her only concern. She gave me such privacy and dignity when I was most vulnerable. I will remember her always.
