I was impressed with the knowledge of these employees, especially Marivic Encarnacion. The cleanest hospital I have attended.

Marivic was one of my father's nurses in ICU. She was so compassionate during his initial stay at the hospital. She was a motivator to get him to take his first steps in ICU. The doctors wanted him to walk as soon as possible and she had to carefully balance the orders of the doctor with the needs of the patient. She convinced him when she felt he was ready to take a few steps and that started his recovery. She checks on him when she works a shift on the fourth floor as well. She has shown amazing compassion to him and to the family.

Marivic took excellent care of my mom and kept me informed of all tests and setting up care to be given at home with home health and a nurse to come out to give my mom her IV antibiotics at her home so that I can take her home with me. Very thorough at going over all my mom's medications and skin care options, also hopefully covered by home health. She sent me home with some gauze to wrap her arm and paper tape. I appreciate all her care that was given.
