Marivic Ignacio, BSN, RN

As soon as I arrived, Marivic recognized me from the last time I was admitted to MHSL. Both times Marivic was extremely caring and professional and always made sure I was as comfortable as I could be while dealing with excruciating pain and nausea. She continuously goes above and beyond to make sure her patients are receiving the care they need and the respect they deserve. No matter if it's doling out medication or collecting a sample, she always made me feel comfortable being here knowing I am receiving the best care possible.

During both visits, Marivic treated me with unfailing compassion and care and exhibited consistent collaboration, compassion, trustworthiness, and professionalism with the rest of the care team. She truly goes above and beyond, and you can truly tell she takes pride in her job as a nurse. This is why I'd like to nominate her for the DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurses.
