This leader is a servant leader in the utmost way. She turned this team around when she took the position in 2021. The staff was in a place of discontent and turmoil due to a lack of direction and support. Mariya has spread her compassion and unwavering support to this team helping them to trust her as their leader and one another. She is consistently having to implement new processes due to the new environment in which she and her team works. She engages each team member to provide feedback and input so that it is successful and seamless. The team respects her and considers her one of them. She is a new leader with natural leadership qualities and abilities.
