Marizela picked up on a subtle neurologic change in a headache patient and kept an eye on it during the day. During the day, the symptom, an eyelid droop, worsened and she reported it in a timely fashion. This led to neuroimaging and diagnosis of posterior common artery aneurysm which was an impending rupture. We were able to coil and she will be going home soon.
