Marjona is an exceptional nurse who has demonstrated professionalism over the years that she is willing to help her patients and colleagues. She has become a resource for our unit in central line maintenance and care. She makes sure she labels all her IV tubing lines and CVC dressings, and changes them on time and as needed. She has trained other nurses. She shows empathy, genuinely cares for, and advocates for her patients. She lifts up her coworkers. Marjona deserves recognition for her hard work.​
