Marjorie met with me and informed me that my mother was ready for discharge. She calmly and politely explained the situation more thoroughly to me which was very helpful.
Professionally, Marjorie continued to be kind and compassionate. She was able to adjust the discharge time to help my mom. She also ordered two wheelchairs so my dad could use one, and helped both of them to my car.
