Marjorie Duty, RN

Marjorie is an exceptional employee with over 30 years of nursing experience. She does an excellent job as the Team Coordinator on a daily basis. The things that set Marjorie apart are her sharp eye for detail, leadership skills, and compassion for the patients and staff. Marjorie not only leads the daily treatment team process, but she is the glue that holds the unit together and keeps all disciplines on track and focused. She has also taken on the role of chart auditor and facilitates data collection for QAPI. She provides excellent care to patients, always going that extra step to make sure they are safe, respected, and comfortable. She is endeared by patients and staff alike for her insight and compassion. Many staff and former employees lovingly and respectfully call her “mother.”
