Marjorie Maloney, BSN, RN

I would like to nominate Marjorie Maloney. While being a patient on the psych ward, she spoke to me several times about my mental state and depression, helping me to better understand myself as well as my future goals and past interests. While sharing with her that I had often thought about attending masseuse school to become a certified massage therapist, she helped me realize that this was something I would still like to achieve. Without asking her to do so, she printed out papers showing me the different locations of schools in my area. This was going above and beyond any responsibilities towards me as a patient. She has changed my life in a positive way.
