One night, Mark was cleaning up from the main entrance where he works the COVID Screening table. He was just about to go home for the evening. A man came to the doors in clear distress and saying he was going to kill himself. Mark brought him inside and calmed him down. He chatted and called ahead to the Emergency Room. He then escorted the young man to the Emergency Department where he was able to begin getting the help and treatment he needed. Mark went above and beyond to provide care even though he was cleaning to go home. Way to go Mark!
