It is stressful enough to be in a hospital, let alone coming to the hospital with chest pain. Mark was my admitting nurse and for the rest of the shift. I was very impressed with how thorough his assessment was. Also, every medication and side effects were explained. Him explaining everything he was doing and checking on me every 2 hours just to ask if I needed anything was comforting enough for me to know I was in good hands. He is a good example of what nursing should be like. I have been an RN and in Nursing Administration for over 30 years. I wish I could clone him and bring him to my work. Thank you, Mark, for the excellent care you have given me.
