This is the best nurse I have ever experienced throughout my stay in the hospital. Mark not only helps me get better by getting me out of bed and helps me mentally understand why it is important to walk and sit in my chair at the bedside, but he does it with his full attention to my needs. Mark helped to put me back on my feet. He remained so calm and had such a positive attitude when I knew he was pressed for time, I could never tell with the way he gave me his undivided attention. He explained to me that when he rounds on me he will meet all my needs including taking me to the bathroom and adjusting my position in bed. I felt safe and supported and I feel I could trust Mark when he said he will return. I will never forget when I told Mark that I didn’t want to bother him, and he said I was no bother, I am here to take care of you. I really felt lucky to have Mark as my nurse. No matter how many questions I had, he answered them in a clear, consistent, and informative manner with a smile. Mark represents the integrity, knowledge, and professionalism which every exemplary nurse should have. Thank you for hiring him.
