My father was sent to ICU following surgery to repair a twisted small intestine. Mark was his nurse during the 7A-7P shift the first two days. Everyone on the ICU floor and in the emergency room were amazing but Mark's compassion for not only my father but also his concern for me was incredible. I don't know how to properly describe what I observed that makes Mark so special at his job. To me, it seemed almost as if Mark did his job as if he was caring for his own father. I feel that Mark treats every patient exactly like they are a member of his family. Every individual we encountered was amazing but Mark was far and above excellent!!
