Mark is a very reliable co-worker and a great team player. He is always willing to lend a hand when needed and proactively seeks opportunities to assist others. One such example recently involved an elderly patient we received from the OR that was having trouble post-operatively. It was late in the day and even though several nurses had already left for the day we were still quite busy. This patient escalated how busy we were at the time. Mark provided multiple interventions to stabilize this patient and they were safely transferred up to the ICU. His decision to stay over his shift to help his co-workers was truly appreciated by the team.
