Mark Ferraris was very compassionate, understanding, polite, respectful, and nice. He helped and managed my father perfectly, even without asking for any assistance. He came and helped my father routinely every 20-30 minutes. He was very patient with my father's friendly Arabic language and tried his best to be the most helpful nurse, which I appreciated very much. I would like to thank him a million times. He’s the best.
