Mark I Bisbee, RN, MN, CCRN
During the transition of 133-2V to temporary Med Surg unit, Mark volunteered to educate the 133-2B RNs to become proficient in their new role as temporary MedSurg RNs. He continues to educate them and even conducted a needs assessment to cover the need for a refresher course. He even comes on different tours to cover all shifts. What he is doing is very honorable as it covers the safety of both staff and patients. He is always willing to help with a smile on his face. Truly a hero in disguise.
