Mark has provided exceptional care to my daughter. He left no stone unturned by making sure she received all her medication on time. Mark went above the required duties to assist other staff with support for my daughter’s leg. 

He was always very pleasant and gave a greeting when entering and exiting the room. He made sure my wife and I had everything we needed by keeping us informed of her health concerns and provided a warm blanket to ease my arthritis as I waited in her room.

Mark’s knowledge of nursing with patients’ vital signs allowed him to give answers that allowed us to understand what was happening to my daughter, for example, blood pressure, sugar levels, and respiration rates.

My daughter has small veins and was punctured many times when drawing blood, we noticed Mark making suggestions on how to draw blood, he also administered her insulin without causing pain to my daughter.

Mark alerted other staff members about any concerns we had during our stay. He stayed positive, motivated, and alert. He has a GREAT attitude toward the care of my family member.
