I came in for a heart catheterization. Mark greeted me and took me through every step of the way, allaying my fears and keeping me "up". Because not only was the procedure a fear of the unknown but I didn't know the outcome. He was so personable, yet extremely professional and turned what was a scary experience into a day of knowledge. Great care, humor, and positivity. He was a true credit to his profession.

I was in my room on CVI from about 8:00 until about 4:30. Mark was most attentive; I went into surgery at 1:00. After returning to my room, Mark made the time that we had to work for all the vitals to be perfect, a pleasure. He made me feel so confident in his care and expertise and that he truly loved giving that care. I feel he is a great credit to Ascension. All went well- Mark left a lasting impression.
