Mark Mihalek 2, RN, BSN

Mark was the first nurse my dad had when he got to the ICU. He was very attentive to his needs and took care of him with great compassion. My dad was discharged and then ended up back in Mark's unit. Again, he was amazing in taking care of my dad's needs, answering and helping explain things we needed to explain, and treating my dad with such kindness. My dad had been in the hospital for 40 days. Mark was so sweet to give my dad a shave every now and then, and he gave him his last shave. My dad was very lucky to have had the care Mark gave. We are so appreciative, and he is one of a kind. We all say thank you.
