I have worked with Mark for more than seven years. He exemplifies psychiatric nursing. He is a can-do, positive nurse. He does not hesitate to intervene with a patient and does so very appropriately with creativity and compassion.I have used the interventions that I have seen Mark use in my role of educating nurses, health care assistants, etc., to work with patients undergoing psychiatric and clinical experiences. He has an understanding and enthusiasm for our patients that rubs off on the rest of us.
