He was always available and "visible" when we needed him.
His knowledge and helpfulness were above and beyond. He made sure that he explained everything and that we understood it.
One blood reading came back with a significant drop in hemoglobin. Mark took another sample to be sure that there was no mistake. Thank God there was a lab mistake and as soon as it came back he ran it right into us so we would not worry.
Also, very appreciated was the fact that the wall chart was filled out and up to date. This was a first-ever! This info was so useful for the patient.
We have a deep respect for him and believe he is a DAISY Nurse.
