A quiet, but bold leader! Mark is a pleasure to work with and work under when he is Charge Nurse. His spirit and energy are kind and sincere. Mark is always willing to lend a helping hand and actively seeks out what others need. Mark is the type of Charge Nurse who goes above and beyond what is asked of him.
He is smart, attentive, and leads by example. You never have to be intimidated when coming to Mark with a question because he is always happy to answer, and if he doesn't know the answer he will gladly try and find it for you.
It is with ease that I call Mark a positive role model and even mentor. A vast experience in nursing skills and life in general, creates Mark, an "all-around" individual. I am happy to be his co-worker.
