Having a hearing-impaired child is rough...and when you are in pain trying to communicate that it is hard. Mark helped with transportation for my grandson and started to sign! My grandson's face said it all! Mark wasn’t even his nurse! But he communicated with him and stopped back and communicated with him before we left..he made L smile…he went out of his way to say hi to him. He returned the following day with a smile! Being deaf and not having anyone to communicate with, even if just a little, makes a difference and Mark, he made a difference! Thank you for making us feel better about our visit. Know that you helped a child with a communication bearer, made his heart smile, and made his family feel better.
