For the lack of a more professional word, it was magical! Observing the patient go left through the surgical doors being calm and relaxed, I got to be calm and relaxed in the waiting room. This ease gave me peace of pind that all would be okay. My mind was free from worrisome thoughts- what a gift! Mark, by our standards, is a consummate nurse in this role. Saint Mary's is blessed to have such a compassionate, caring, and intuitive nurse on their staff! The name Mark is a perfect fit as he hit the high mark with us!
