Nurse Mark meets the AdventHealth criteria. He spent a lot of time explaining my meds, treatment, plans, exercise, progress, and ways to do my breathing. My first few days were not so good, with a bad memory fog. Nurse Mark had all the patience and excellence to spend explaining the best advice for me to work on. I had never taken so many meds before, but he knew exactly what to tell me to learn. Nurse Mark, you deserve the Nurse of the Year award. He is also a great teacher to his staff.
