Some family members of a patient that recently passed away came to the ICU looking for their nurse to tell her thanks for giving such great care to their dying family member. They mentioned how helpful Marlaina was and how she made such a difficult time easier on them. The family left the attached experience card as well as a personal thank you card for Marlaina. Way to have such an impact on families!
