We had Marly towards the end of our NICU visit. She was great. She allowed us our independence by letting us do all the care for our son when we were there but was always ready and available when needed. We wouldn't need to ask for her, she would come by our side if he cried and it seemed like we needed help. She also knew I loved the ice water and would always get one for me and it was a nice way to brighten the day and show me she cared. Another thing Marly did was leave us with a cute drawing of a "C" for our baby's name because my husband and I would go through the alphabet with him and say words that start with each letter. She wrote a nice goodbye note on the sheet too. Marly was a pleasure to work with and she definitely improved our visit here.
