Marlene is always willing to help the other nurses and patients. She is always the last one to leave the floor after her shift. She is dedicated to her patients and their care and will do anything for anyone no matter what. She will make sure that everyone else has lunch and sometimes forgets about herself. She always goes above and beyond for her patients, families and fellow co-workers. She is my example of a super human nurse that expresses this behavior everyday in her job duties. One example I can think of is when we had a patient that was not doing so well and she was right there making sure that we didn't need anything for the patient. She was right behind me with a bag of ice for the patient. She made sure that everyone was okay and didn't need help and she finally left at 11:00 a.m. She is always a team player and a great addition to the patients, families, and staff at Children's Hospital.
