• I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for the care I have received. My nurse, Marlene, has been so helpful that I cannot even begin to fully express how much it meant to me. It has truly been a pleasure to be in her care. Marlene's knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond have made a tremendous difference during my time here. She helped me in more ways than I can count, always offering guidance with skill and compassion.
What stood out was her smile; it never failed to bring comfort and reassurance. She is always on top of everything; so attentive that she often acts before I have a need. That kind of thoughtfulness shows not only her skill but her genuine heart for her patients. I am sincerely thankful for her dedication, kindness, attentiveness, and excellent care. She made a challenging time so much easier, and I will always remember the impact she has had on my recovery.
• When a person such as I am in the hospital it can be daunting. What helps beyond measure is having great nurses. That is where Marlene comes into play. Her amazing, bubbly attitude makes my day every day. She is always ready to make me laugh or smile about something. She gives me peace of mind that everything is going to be alright. There has not been one time that I saw her that she was not in a happy state of mind. She is gentle, caring, thoughtful, and a plain sweetheart.
I hope you all know what a jewel you have in her. I am truly grateful she was my nurse. She has a true heart for service and does not hold back on giving it. She even made my shots an adventure. We laughed a lot as she worked on me. I always felt better when she left the room. Great heart, great person, great nurse!
