Marlene has always, in my opinion, exemplified true professionalism. We in Telemetry have the tendency to have a high patient turnover rate and she has always been able to keep up with the fast pace with a smile on her face. She has always made me feel welcome with in the workplace, and she treats other coworkers along with our patients with the utmost respect. She is always courteous and kind and maintains a positive attitude throughout the shift. The nursing profession is blessed to have nurses like Marlene.
