I had a TNR and stayed a week in a lot of pain. Marlene was consistent like clockwork with my medication. No looking at the clock or buzzing for her. Helping me stay on top of my pain control. I never had to ask for my leg to be wrapped with her. She was always so observant of it. She would go extra and put lotion on my leg also. I thought that was nice. She knew I liked coffee and would see if I wanted some and get it. There were many times I needed ice for my Polar Pack or to eat. Instead of hearing that the CNA would do it, Marlene did it herself. Before leaving she would always ask if I needed anything else. A lot of the little things that meant a lot. Marlene is a wonderful and caring nurse.
