Marlie Mendez was absolutely amazing today, helping with discharge paperwork, removing IVs, changing dressings, and taking patients down for discharge. Marlie exemplifies what it means to be a team player. Marlie consistently goes above and beyond, always ready to adapt and step in wherever our unit’s needs are greatest. While working in Capacity Operations, Marlie was recognized for her exceptional dedication and for going above and beyond.
