Marlo has been with the company since the year 2000. Punctual, always comes neat and has precepted/mentored many nurses including nurses in ICU, Sniii, SN iv, ANM. Throughout the years, his work standards are consistent. I managed to persuade him to join the unit council this August. A team player who anticipates the needs of patients. During my rounds, his name is consistently mentioned- "gentle with his care, attentive and competent with his work." Truly, he is a gem unnoticed.
