Being the first child, we were very anxious to go through the birthing experience, it became even worse when the doctors informed us that the baby had to be in NICU for 5-7 days. However, once our baby was incorporated into NICU, all the nurses were extremely helpful, explained facts and every step, and also gave us the much-needed confidence to take care of our baby. We were at peace knowing that she was well taken care of by compassionate, skilled, and loving nurses. Special shout out to Marlyn.

Mediclinic Welcare has given me the experience of possibilities and that everything can be achieved with the support and encouragement of the staff that Welcare has. It was a warm care away from home. For the patience and time, they give me to progress. From the doctor who has supported my decision to have a VBAC which is a risky delivery. She did not forget to remind me and explained everything about what this VBAC journey will be.

The doctor who has given her full support as well as to all the nurses that have assisted us on the day of my delivery. Nurse Marlyn who was there the whole day and keeps on getting me comfortable explaining my progress as well as my baby's. I'm really thankful that they were there and gave me this wonderful experience. For the love and care that the NICU staff has given me and my baby, to Nurse Marlyn who keeps on updating and educating me about my baby and breastfeeding, and to the doctors who don't want to miss anything that needs to be checked about my baby. For all the patience, time, and care that I've experienced within NICU. I'm feeling grateful.
